Hujan Kemarin

Entah mendung atau apa,

Entah cerah atau bahkan memang cerah,

Tapi dengan awan putih dan berubah menjadi petang,

Menetestkan rintiknya,

Rintik yang aku abaikan kehadirannya,

Rintik yang aku biarkan menetes hingga deras,

Cukup lama,

Cukup untuk membuat hatiku terhanyut akan derasnya,

Ku pahami bahwa rintik itu adalah hujan,

Dan kini,

Hujan yang ku abaikan dulu ku terima kehadirannya,

Aku mencoba berada di bawahnya,

Menikmati tiap sejuknya tetes air hujan,

Aku terlalu berbahagia akan rintiknya,

Sampai pada masanya,

Hujan itu berhenti,

Iya!! dia berhenti begitu saja,

Sekarang hanya ada aku dengan keadaan yang basah,

Bahkan terlalu dingin untuk aku nikmati sendiri,

Menjerit, berlari, dan duduk di sudut gelap,

Di sini, di sudut indra pandangku ada setetes embun,

Embun yang ku jatuhkan untuk hujan,

Taukah?

Hujan itu adalah KAMU dan CINTAMU.

   Life Story

Pencil, Eraser, and Pen
   

       One day in a small town lived two - lover. They were Mr.Pencil and Miss Eraser. They would be getting married in a few months. Of course they are very happy. Everyday passed so fast because of the happiness that they had. Then the happy day came they were happy, and everyone who attended the wedding too.

        Mr. Pencil was a famous novelist who created the good quality and meaningful work. As a wife, Mrs.Eraser very supported what her husband did. Mr.Pencil’s mistakes in doing  work was always removed by Mrs.Eraser. She was patient. In fact she gave a part of her missing only for erasing the mistake who was made by Mrs.Eraser.

        A few months later, Mr. pencil very busy. He left Mrs.Eraser at home. He often traveled out of town to promote his novel. At the launching of his latest novel he met Miss Pen.

        The meeting inspired Mr.Pencil to find a compaion who was more perfect. "She is so tall, pretty, and smart”, in the maind of Mr.Pencil. He felt Miss Pen was so perfect and appropriate with him. Without thinking of Mrs.Eraser. Mr pencil had forgotten Mrs.Eraser who has faithfully waited at home.

         Someday Miss Pen heard that Mr.Pencil had a wife. She was angry. They quaireled violently. Because their functions were the same as writers. They wrote all their feelings  without being able to delete and renew again. They could only write and write. Finally Mr.Pencil realized, there was Mrs.Eraser in his house who faithfully waited for his return. He rushed home. Arriving at home, the white flag was waving a tree in front of his house. With a rigid step he entered the little house full of love. What he saw was the fact that Mrs.Eraser was gone.  She was gone to God. Something fell from his eyes. "Then I know my dear, your presence was so important to me, you can accompany me, it’s worthier. I’m sorry dear, I’m sorry.” Mr.Pencil said. “Regret” one word in the mind of Mr.Pencil.

The person you should strive for is the one who accompanies you while climbing,not the one who is you at the top. You should keep what you have now. Because you would not necessarily have it the forever. Looking for someone who is perfect can not guarantee your life will be perfectly happy. Sometimes what you want isn’t what you need, but what you need you don’t realize its presence.
